With offices in Vilamoura and Ayamonte, Elite Algarve Properties is led by Len Bartlett and Beverley Mitchell. Bev and Len have known each other for many years and both have a wealth of real estate, customer service, sales and marketing experience. Len has lived in Ayamonte on the border between Spain and the Algarve for 15 years and Beverley moved to Vilamoura Portugal in 1983 to raise her family there.

We have created an enthusiastic, dedicated team to offer clients a complete service. All our representatives have over 10 years real estate experience and have lived locally for most of their lives. They are able to provide help and advice on every aspect of buying in these unique areas and often our clients become friends.
